RCP and IRCA are linked by the same founders, namely: Evan Davidge, Sylvia Doyle, Michael Rose and Chris Wilson. But each entity has a different focus; RCP is focused on commercial activities whilst IRCA is concerned with professional development.

RCP is an organisation of independent reward consultants who have many years of experience and expertise working within large national and multinational organisations, as well as in consultancy.  We have formed RCP as we recognise that together we can offer our clients a broader and deeper range of solutions than any one of us could working alone.
